VERONICA MANG is the author and illustrator of the Secret Spy Society series published by Viking Children's Books. She grew up in the small town of Perkasie, PA and later moved to New York City to attend college at Parsons School of Design where she now teaches as an adjunct. Veronica works with messy materials like graphite and paint and loves telling stories for all ages. She currently lives in Jersey City, NJ with a white cat named Minnie, a tuxedo cat named Piccolo, and a tall engineer named David.

Sid is an artist and illustrator from Toronto who makes drawings, paintings, and comics. Their interests include folklore, horror stories, mysterious and unknowable things, and finding good sticks for their stick collection. Sid attended OCAD University, works in a bookstore, and published The Wolf Suit, their first graphic novel for kids, with Annick Press in October 2022.

R. Kikuo Johnson is a cartoonist and illustrator born on Maui in 1981. His award winning drawings and stories regularly appear in books, advertisements, periodicals, animation, and on the cover of the New Yorker. Johnson divides his time drawing in Brooklyn, teaching at the Rhode Island School of Design, and playing the ukulele with his family in Hawaii. His most recent book is the graphic novella, No One Else, and in 2023, he became the first cartoonist to win the Whiting Award.

JooHee Yoon
I am an illustrator and designer with a focus on publishing, advertising, and editorial projects. Creating connections through visual communication is at the core of my practice, and rather than sticking with one medium, I try to find the best approach that fits each project. Much of my work is informed by my experience with traditional printmaking techniques, hand separating color layers and breaking down the image making process. This has led to designing posters and books in spot color, participating in artist residencies, teaching at RISD, along with visiting various institutions as as a guest critic (MFA program at MICA, Nottingham Trent Unitversity, Umass Dartmouth, SVA, KCAI and many others). Currently I divide my time between publishing and editorial work. My next project, "The Book of Whys" will be out in January 2024.
