Built on the foundation of a meticulously crafted modern sans serif, this innovative font pushes the boundaries of type design while opening new possibilities for branding. By embedding a comprehensive visual identity system into a single font file and reimagining how each component can be easily accessed through the keyboard, it transforms how brands can be delivered to clients—offering a seamless, integrated approach to design.It features a set of kinetic pictograms that leverage variable font technology for engaging, animated user interactions, alongside motifs designed with color font technology for visual impact. A series of emblems can dynamically shift configuration, offering users control over motion and style, all while opening new creative possibilities.Inspired by Otl Aicher’s iconic work for the 1972 Munich Olympics identity, Emblème adapts a timeless style to meet the demands of a digital-first era; a cutting-edge fusion of tradition, technology, and design.Features:Easy Access GlyphsPictograms, emblems, and motifs are easy to access, there’s no need to hunt in the glyph palette. In your text box simply type ‘//’ followed by the code from the indexes and they will appear.Animating beyond a weight shiftEmblems and pictograms don’t simply transition from light to bold, they animate between different states.Motifs in ColorThe color of each default motif can be changed as with any other character in the font. This primary setting allows for variable / animation capability.Each motif has a special edition color version, accessed using stylistic set 13. These feature predfined combinations weaving more than one color per design.Color PaletteThe color palette is provided as its own glyph accessed by typing ‘/ /color’
