You may have wondered what inspired our logo?...Our site is directly across from one of the nation’s largest rebar manufacturing plants, CMC Steel. “Steel Hands” was inspired not only by our location, but also by the hard working industries that have shaped the founding principles of commitment to quality products. We are the 3rd largest production brewery in the Midlands with 900 barrels of fermentation capacity in our brewhouse! We run a 30 barrel, fully automated brewhouse equip with a beast of canning line and centrifuge running at 11,000 RPMs.
