Welcome to Cakes by Care, where passion for baking meets artistry and tradition. Our story began with Care, a culinary visionary from the beautiful northeast region of Thailand. After moving to the US, she honed her culinary arts, pastry, and hospitality skills; further growing her passion for artistic design, unique flavors, and desserts.

Cakes by Care is a made-to-order bakery serving custom cakes, petite cheesecakes, and our signature Thai coconut cake. Located in the heart of Ocean Isle Beach and proudly serving the communities of Sunset Beach, Ocean Isle Beach, Calabash, Shallotte, Little River, and North Myrtle Beach.

Local owners Jeanne and Chris Feldman, along with their two school-aged children, Jackson and Reese, have fulfilled a long-time dream of returning to a place they cherish, Myrtle Beach, in order to open their dream Kilwins store! After living in the area from ’93 to ‘05 they developed a love for the Grand Strand and are ecstatic to be so close to their friends and family again! All Chocolate, Fudge and Ice Cream are original recipes!"

Their Kilwins store features a unique look put together by the Feldmans so that their Kilwins store is a special part of the Myrtle Beach community. They have been trained by Kilwins in Petoskey, Michigan to create hundreds of confections right in their own open-store kitchen and look forward to creating a special experience for locals and vacationers alike.

The bakery was built on a solid foundation of high-quality baked goods and a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. Add a sprinkle of confectioners sugar and, voila! Let's Eat Cake! Inspired by her love of baking and in honor of her beloved grandmother whose heirloom pound cake pans she inherited, Natalie started her own small business to add a little extra 'sugar' and joy to the lives of others. Combining her passion for baking and her artistic talent, Creative Cakes by Natalie was born. Natalie is also a full-time teacher!
