THE LINE on Instagram: "These two scenes really were a lot of fun to work with. Simone @simonecirillo94 did a fantastic job of adding weight and a sense of urgency to our white rabbit in his animation. He also animated the floor and shadows in perspective, no easy task. As we take to the sky with our beloved lightning monk, we honour the iconic “Kanada style” of animation. This is typically known for its extreme character poses and perspectives without breaking the illusion of form and space, something @wabbla was able to capture perfectly in his dynamic drawings. The explosion is a combination of traditional 2d FX and painted BG FX. @2nstep boards gave us the perfect foundation to create this scene which we're all really proud of at The Line. When I got the script, the unexpected feeling of excitement, and nervousness was an understatement. This was my second time that I got to work alongside with the legends at @ninocstudio .
