Heute geht es um das große Thema regeneratives Wirtschaften. Deswegen spreche ich mit Ella Lagé von der Beratung The Dive. Ella ist Designerin, Klimaaktivistin und oft als Pionierin und Vordenkerin in den Bereichen unterwegs, in denen sie arbeitet. Aktuell ist das der Bereich Regeneratives Wirtschaften. Dazu hat sie bei The Dive den Stellar Approach mitentwickelt. Der ermöglicht Organisationen eine nachhaltige und regenerative Ausrichtung. Ella brennt für positive Zukunftsszenarien und dafür, die Wirtschaft zum Teil der Lösung für unsere momentanen Probleme zu machen. Wir sprechen darüber, warum wir aktuell degenerativ wirtschaften, was unsere Vorstellung von Mensch und Natur damit zu tun hat und warum nachhaltiges Wirtschaften zwar schön ist, aber in der aktuellen Lage nicht mehr reicht.
