One more little video from Margalef from October/November trip. This time we will go back to the sunny side of Margalef. Towards the end of the trip, I was happy to make the first ascent of Directa Bongada 9a. It links the hard first part of Directa Rodillar and all the hard parts of La Bongada. I made the FA of Directa Rodillar at the beginning of that trip and I proposed 8c+/9a, but in January it was repeated by strong Vojta Trojan who thought it was more of an 8c/c+. Nevertheless, you must make way harder start into the La Bongada 8c+/9a but there is (unfortunately?) big rest in between. Cool route and cool moment during the sunset. Enjoy! Bajo esta premisa surge, en el año 2008, el Congreso de Estudiantes de la Universidad de La Laguna. Su organización la componen alumnos y alumnas del grado de Física que coordinan la actividad con apoyo del profesorado, el equipo decanal y el Instituto de Astrofísica de Canarias. Cada año unos doscientos alumnos y alumnas de todos los cursos de Grado y Máster asisten a este acontecimiento en el Aula Magna del edificio de Física y Matemáticas para escuchar las conferencias de los científicos e investigadores invitados (figuras como Sir Michael F. Atiyah, Medalla Fields 1966; Dr. Kip Stephen Thorne, Premio Nobel de Física 2017; Dr. Claude Cohen-Tannoudji, Premio Nobel de Física 1997; o Dr. Francisco Sánchez Martínez, fundador del Instituto de Astrofísica Canarias, son algunos ejemplos), o bien para ofrecer ellos mismos una ponencia sobre algún tema relacionado con la Física, preparado bajo la tutela de algún profesor de la facultad y cuyo rigor científico es verificado por un Comité Científico.
