Another set of good alternatives questions for the 5 categories and some facilitation instructions.
Personally, I prefer using a 1-2-4-ALL approach depending on the size of the group gathered. The "1" is time for individual reflection and can be done asynchronously. The "2" is pairing up with someone else to discuss what other ideas they see on the starfish diagram. If needed, "4" puts two pairs together to review. "2" and "4" can help clarify and simplify the diagram before discussion with "ALL".
