Cyjon made a mod stopping cops from breaking up parties, which is great, but I want to reintroduce more chaos into my game while still keeping it relatively easy to host successful birthday parties. So, I made a tuning mod to make cops more lenient about what parties they break up. The tuning variables I figured out the purpose of are:
