The FDA has made public the first batch of documents it used to authorize Pfizer’s COVID shots, including a report detailing over 150,000 serious adverse events and more than 1,200 deaths connected to the jabs.

ICAN demands that the FDA immediately release the identity of a secret ingredient in the Pfizer vaccine.

ICAN wanted to confirm that Pfizer and Moderna in fact followed up on VAERS reports of children dying after receiving one of their COVID-19 vaccines. Therefore, ICAN, through its attorneys, submitted a FOIA request to the FDA for documents produced or transmitted to Pfizer and Moderna concerning VAERS reports of children dying after receiving one of their COVID-19 vaccines.

When the CDC chose to lift restrictions on the vaccinated, ICAN went to work. Through its attorneys, it formally demanded that the CDC also (at the least) lift restrictions on the naturally immune. It provided the CDC with over 60 studies reflecting that natural immunity is more durable and robust than vaccine immunity. The CDC’s response is shameful.

It is illegal and unethical because there is no COVID-19 emergency as it relates to children ages 5-11, the clinical trials are inadequate, the harms exceed the risks, and Pfizer failed to properly document at least one serious injury to a child in its clinical trial.

ICAN’s lead attorney, Aaron Siri, is representing a broad group of scientists from major universities across the country in a lawsuit seeking to obtain the documents Pfizer provided the FDA to license its COVID-19 vaccine. As you may have seen, the FDA’s response was to ask the judge for a total of 55 years to fully produce these documents!

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has a track record of trying to hide its communications with representatives of pharmaceutical companies. ICAN has sued the agency in the past for this very conduct. Apparently, CDC has not learned its lesson because it is now trying to hide emails between Dr. Amanda Cohn, the former Executive Secretary of CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices, and pharmaceutical companies.

A White House email, obtained on behalf of ICAN, shows Facebook, Merck, and the CDC Foundation, whose corporate partners includes Pfizer, have formed an alliance “to use social media and digital platforms to build confidence in and drive uptake of vaccines.” No conflict there.

In advance of the VRBPAC meeting to amend the COVID-19 vaccine EUA for babies and toddlers, ICAN, through its attorneys, wrote a letter to VRBPAC’s Members urging them to not vote in favor of recommending this vaccine. VRBPAC has no excuse to do anything other than seriously consider ICAN’s letter and the important information it puts forth.

ICAN, through the efforts of its attorneys, obtained internal FDA emails showing that it carefully reviewed and considered its responses to ICAN’s claims regarding the clinical trials relied upon to license childhood vaccines. Among other things, ICAN demanded an explanation for the fact that these clinical trials had too few children in the study, only reviewed safety for days or weeks, and virtually none of them included a placebo control.

ICAN has received emails showing that very early in the pandemic the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) shirked monoclonal antibody treatment in favor of vaccines and played down concerns about vaccine enhanced illness.

Pfizer’s own informed consent documents, recently obtained by ICAN, show it discloses potential concerns, including myocarditis, original antigenic sin, and birth defects, while the FDA & CDC whitewash these concerns to declare these products are safe and effective.

On February 1, 2022, ICAN, through its attorneys, submitted two Freedom of Information Act requests to the CDC for any documentation concerning confirmed COVID-19 deaths in children 11 years old or younger, and in 12- to 15-year-old children.

The attorneys that represent ICAN are representing the plaintiff in a lawsuit against the FDA to obtain Pfizer’s covid vaccine documents. They recently secured an unredacted copy of a previously produced post-authorization adverse event report. The lifted redactions reveal that within weeks of Pfizer’s vaccine being administered pursuant to emergency use authorization, Pfizer, apparently unexpectedly, had to hire 600 full time employees “to help alleviate the large increase of adverse event reports” being received by the company.

Oh what a tangled web pharma weaves with its arbiters of vaccine safety. Appointed in secret, meeting in secret, identities kept secret, and all paid by the companies they are supposed to oversee. What could possibly go wrong?!

The CDC has come up short again. This time, our attorneys simply asked it for “all documents relied upon” for its claims that the Pfizer and Moderna Covid shots do not affect a person’s genetic makeup.

At a time when forthright social-media posts are slapped with “fact-check” labels, suppressed, or just plain taken down, why are mainstream media companies getting a free pass when they start to question vaccine imperialism? In recent letters to Meta and Twitter, our attorneys have called out the glaring inconsistencies in the way these platforms are applying their “misinformation” policies.
