The ABAA is a trade association of rare booksellers that was formed 60 years ago. We have 450 members who specialize in books in all fields, as well as maps, prints, documents and autographs. While our members sell, buy, and appraise books and printed matter, our staff can assist you with finding a bookseller and with other trade-related matters.
ACRL Code of Ethics for Special Collections Librarians states "Special collections librarians must not engage in any dealing or appraisal of special collections materials, and they must not recommend materials for purchase if they have any undisclosed financial interest in them."
This Buffalo footage is in the Library of Congress and does not appear to be digitized or online. Maybe if someone asks nicely, they could be persuaded to digitize it.
