Guilty Gear Strive: Jack-O 236K RPS Primer
Jack-O primer with blockstring rps using sol as an example for a friend. NOTE: there are different options for every character with varying amounts of risk/reward. I recommend playing as Jack-O in training mode and selecting various counterattack after block settings and doing 236k into 236[P] (hold p) and trying her options and seeing how they interact. These are basic cover all options but usually characters will have riskier/more rewarding options, for example: vortex would give you a good combo after iad back and run back in this instance but would lose to just jump back unlike 5k. Experiment with these options and see what works best for you. Also, take "unfavourable rps" with a grain of salt. I am purely saying this due to lack of options that directly beat yours or give you a combo or knockdown, forcing them to block with a minion setup is still a positive situation for her that can let her gameplan get started, it just doesn't directly do it. 236K (the kick) without special cancel is -15 and always punishable in a multitude of ways.
