There, CH 5K against Foudre into triple loop. I recorded a pretty random blockstring but it works (and is actually easier) with more distance so it shouldn't matter.
You can do 3 loops out of 5K too (and out of 5P even!) , it's way more lenient too. 6P gives you less vertical heigh since it has more blowback, I think. I labbed it before the other reply I gave, but I labbed it again to get some damage values.

5K 214P dl 214P dc 214P dl 214P 214PPP = 156 Damage
5K jK IAD jk jD 66c.S 214P dl 214P 214PPP = 155 Damage (but literally full corner to corner carry!) (doesn't work at all ranges, if you hit 5K from too far away the first jK won't connect, but it works at most ranges).
c.S 2H 214P dl 214P dc 214P dl 214P 214PPP = 192 Damage (highly situational, requires you to IB one or two of the moves in the blockstring before Foudre Arc).
5K 214P dl 214P dc 214P c.S 2H 214PPP = 165 Damage (requires you to hit the 5K from fairly up close, there's probably better follow ups to c.S but that's the one I tried).
5K 214P dl 214P dl 214P 5K 6H = 158 Damage (You can also use Dauros instead of 6H for 153 damage, overall this one doesn't seem worth it unless you're close enough to the corner to 214K or 236H the 6H).
6P 214P dl 214P dl 214P = 128 Damage (the bounce happens too far away, there's no possible follow up after the last rekka).
Also I TRIED to hit 6P into 7 rekkas like with 5P and 5K but FOR THE LIFE OF ME I couldn't ever get it to work, I think it's possible but it's EXTREMELY finnicky in terms of timing. Also due to the higher blowback even just 2 loops with 2 delays can often whiff depending on the distance. So overall I really feel like 6P is a way worse option to CH Foudre.

Happy Chaos Chip Kill Options
Happy Chaos far chip kills are very strong but there's some options:
#GGST_HA #GGST
Green Reticle 5H/236S - Most movement seems to avoid it
Orange Reticle 214S - Seem to only avoid it if using BRC
Deus Ex Machina - Cannot avoid!
Deus Ex Machina has no invulnerability, so if you're close enough to hit him on startup after the cinematic, you can punish him instead of being forced to get chipped out.
