Probably not optimal, same setup can be done off the light version of Stroke too, just drift forward off the RC instead of staying still. I haven't really watched anyone play the game at all outside a few tournaments that consisted of Sol, May, and Ram. Good chance it's just a worse iteration. I also play I-no in a different/worse way over knockdown loops. I also play Anji and Nago so low/trash tier all around lol.
