Just some simple ways to deal with Sols doing random supers in Guilty Gear Strive. There are probably more optimal combo routes that can squeeze out some extra damage, but this should do to get you started.

These matchups gave me so much trouble starting out. Hopefully these tools should help you better handle Sol and May at least a little as well as conversions off of the counter play.
