I don't really know why this works, but it does. Axl not only can stop time, but he can apparently teleport his enemies to him as well. After doing "Sickle Flash" into "Soaring Chain Strike", you can still get an OTG in exchange for okizeme. If you dash up and do a close S, you can cancel the normal into Winter Mantis for an unblockable setup if the opponent doesn't jump. But for some reason the dash makes the Winter Mantis do the close range version of the move, allowing you to get a combo without the need to spend meter. This makes the enemy teleport to Axl so he can do the follow-up move to Winter Mantis, which may be a bug, i don't know. Note: If you don't dash before doing close S, you won't get the close version of Winter Mantis, only the far version. The unblockable setup still works that way, but you don't get a meterless combo afterwards.
