Despite the U skill starter meter gain nerf, Metera can still use 22U to set up a safe hop (or similar scenarios) and get a punish that regains meter to combo into super!

Her 2H/1H beat most of your options, so mostly screwed, but surprisingly, delayed jU beats it! Early jU will trade with it (?!). Her 623U though beats EVERYTHING so it's perfect. SBA whiffs, SSBA always works.

Thanks to the buff to falling speed on air fb for metera, it is now very rewarding even on midscreen against roll. Not only that but you can even extended pressure with ult fb. #GBVSR #GBVSR_MT

22L/M air hitstun buff basically makes every hit corner to corner, don't even need to spend 236H for detonate
623L/M buff let's you fit it in a few more places in combos now

50 meter setup from a corner combo that is safe to U DPs. Using j.214U at the right height you leave 1 butterfly for a DP punish/land fast enough to catch a roll's recovery.

I always wondered how you were supposed to convert backhit j.236H midscreen since the spacing doesn't allow for hop loops, turns out the answer was much easier than I thought #GBVSR_MT
Found a midscreen Safejump for Metera off of CH 66L. Can also do it off 2M even at max range, but seems tough to hit-confirm from. Depending on your timing 236U can leave you +68 to +72. 2U (41f), 5U (21f) & 8f DP means you need to be at least +70 for this to work. #GBVSR_MT
