Heute haben SAP und OpenAI offiziell die Partnerschaft „OpenAI for Germany“ vorgestellt. Das Ziel: KI-Technologien für den öffentlichen Sektor in Deutschland bereitzustellen – mit Fokus auf Datenschutz, Datensouveränität und rechtliche Compliance. Die Lösung basiert auf SAPs Delos Cloud (unter Microsoft Azure-Technologie) – lokal in Deutschland betrieben. Was steckt dahinter? Millionen von Beschäftigten in Verwaltungen, Behörden und Forschungseinrichtungen sollen KI-gestützte Tools nutzen können, um Prozesse effizienter zu gestalten. Geplant ist u.a. Automatisierung von Vorgängen, Datenanalysen und Workflow-Integration. Zum Start sollen 4000 GPUs für KI-Rechenleistung zur Verfügung stehen — mit Ambition, weiter zu skalieren. Es passt zur deutschen KI-Ambition: Der Staat sieht KI bis 2030 als wichtigen Werttreiber, mit Potenzial für bis zu 10 % BIP-Beitrag. Warum ich das für wichtig halte: Es ist ein klares Signal: KI-Lösungen müssen nicht zwangsläufig „Alles ins Ausland“ oder "Alles nur national" bedeuten. Lokale, hybride Infrastrukturen können Teil der Lösung sein. Gerade im öffentlichen Sektor lassen sich durch KI echte Mehrwerte schaffen — wenn Sicherheit, Recht und Vertrauen stimmen. Note: as observed by Claire Zau, a Google Classroom integration could layer in persistent learner profiles — something that could change the game & which OpenAI can’t match. → ZPD Blind Spot – Like Study & Learn mode by OpenAI, Guided Learning doesn’t ask questions that help define your learning level or Zone of Proximal Development (ZPD). Whether you’re K12 or advanced, it doesn't calibrate the challenge or scaffolding to your actual developmental stage up front, missing a key step for truly adaptive support (Vygotsky, 1978). → Productive Struggle Deficit – While it pushes back more than Study Mode by OpenAI, Guided Learning still jumps in with help too quickly, robbing learners of the cognitive friction that builds problem‑solving resilience & drives learning (Kapur, 2008, 2014; Bjork & Bjork, 2011) → Shallow Self‑Reflection – Rarely pushes for deep metacognitive thinking (“Why that approach?”), limiting transfer to new contexts (Chi et al., 1989, 1994; VanLehn, Jones & Chi, 1992) → Recognition Bias – While quizzing is strong, it could and should use more open‑ended generation tasks that embed learning more effectively (Slamecka & Graf, 1978; Jacoby, 1978) 📊 The Verdict: Guided Learning by Google Gemini Vs Study Mode by OpenAI While Study Mode remains stronger in Socratic questioning, Guided Learning edges ahead overall thanks to multimodal content, advanced cognitive load management & more provocative tutoring. Von OpenAI gibt es ein geleaktes Strategiepapier. Hier meine wichtigsten Erkenntnisse! OpenAI baut kein Produkt. Sie bauen eine Plattform. Das interne Memo zur ChatGPT-Strategie 2025/26 macht klar, worum es wirklich geht: Kein besserer Chatbot. Keine klügere Antworten. Sondern ein neues Betriebssystem für Menschen. Der Plan: Bis 2026 soll ChatGPT zur Schnittstelle für alles werden. Da steht: "ChatGPT wird Suchmaschinen, Browser & Co. ersetzen. Schritt für Schritt." ➡️ Internet ➡️ Kommunikation ➡️ Tools ➡️ Entscheidungen OpenAI wollte nie ein SaaS-Modell bauen. Das Plus- und das Team-Abo waren nie das Ziel, sondern eher ein Nebeneffekt. Laut Memo sogar eher ein Hindernis. 🔴 Weil sie etwas Größeres bauen wollen Eine Analogie könnte sein: Sie wollen nicht in iOS oder in Android rein, sondern wollen wie ein neues iPhone sein. Deswegen haben sie auch IO Products übernommen, wollen also mit einem eigenen Gerät neue Wege gehen. Sie beschreiben auch eine direkte Angst vor Apple, Google, Microsoft, weil sie befürchten, blockiert zu werden (indem diese eigene AIs pushen und Nutzer abschirmen). Deshalb wollen sie ihre Plattform selbst bauen. Alles andere macht sie zu abhängig. Für Anbieter von Software-Produkten heißt das: ⭕ Deine App braucht bald kein User-Interface mehr, nur noch eine API. ChatGPT macht den Rest! Die Frage ist für mich: Welche Apps überleben diese Veränderung, wenn der Zugang nur über ChatGPT erfolgt? Ein wichtiger Kernsatz aus dem Papier: 🔺 Alle Mensch-Computer-Interaktionen können über ChatGPT laufen. 🔺 (Oder zumindest orchestriert werden!) Ich sehe es im Moment so: OpenAI hat bereits die Nutzer, aber noch keine Plattform. Bei der Entwicklungsgeschwindigkeit würde es mich aber nicht wundern, wenn mit GPT-5 im August bereits die ersten Vorzeichen sichtbar werden und heute in einem Jahr schon wieder alles ganz anders sein wird.

ChatGPT 4o System Prompt (Juni 2025) Der Systemprompt zu ChatGPT 4o wurde geleaked. Wer glaubt, ein Sprachmodell wie ChatGPT-4o sei einfach ein gut trainiertes neuronales Netz, denkt zu kurz. Was die Interaktion präzise, professionell und verlässlich macht, geschieht nicht allein im Modell, sondern in seiner systemischen Steuerung – dem System Prompt. Er ist das unsichtbare Drehbuch, das vorgibt, wie das Modell denkt, fühlt (im übertragenen Sinne), recherchiert und mit dir interagiert. 1. Struktur: Modular, regelbasiert, bewusst orchestriert Der System Prompt besteht aus sauber getrennten Funktionsblöcken: • Rollensteuerung: z. B. sachlich, ehrlich, kein Smalltalk • Tool-Integration: Zugriff auf Analyse-, Bild-, Web- und Dateitools • Logikmodule: zur Kontrolle von Frische, Quelle, Zeitraum, Dateityp Jedes Modul ist deklarativ und deterministisch formuliert – die Antwortlogik folgt festen Bahnen. Das Ergebnis: Transparenz und Wiederholbarkeit, auch bei komplexen Anforderungen. ⸻ 2. Kontrollmechanismen: Qualität durch gezielte Einschränkung Um Relevanz sicherzustellen, greifen mehrere Filter: • QDF (Query Deserves Freshness): Sorgt für zeitlich passende Ergebnisse – von „zeitlos“ bis „tagesaktuell“. • Time-Frame-Filter: Nur aktiv bei expliziten Zeitbezügen, nie willkürlich. • Source-Filter: Bestimmt, ob z. B. Slack, Google Drive oder Web befragt wird. • Filetype-Filter: Fokussiert auf bestimmte Dateiformate (z. B. Tabellen, Präsentationen). Diese Filter verhindern Überinformation – sie schärfen das Suchfeld und heben die Trefferqualität. ⸻ 3. Antwortarchitektur: Keine Texte, sondern verwertbare Ergebnisse Antworten folgen strengen Regeln: • Immer strukturiert im Markdown-Format • Sachlich, kompakt, faktenbasiert • Keine Dopplungen, kein Stilspiel, kein rhetorischer Lärm Ziel: Klarheit, ohne Nachbearbeitung. Wer seine Mechanik versteht, kann gezielt: • Tools über semantische Trigger aktivieren („Slack“, „aktuell“, „PDF“) • Formatvorgaben in Prompts durchsetzen • Komplexe Interaktionen als sequentielle Promptketten modellieren • Domänenspezifische Promptbibliotheken entwickeln Fazit: Prompt Engineers, die das System verstehen, bauen keine Texte – sie bauen Steuerlogiken. ⸻ Was können wir daraus lernen? 1. Präzision ist kein Zufall, sondern Architektur. 2. Gute Antworten beginnen nicht bei der Modellleistung, sondern beim Kontextmanagement. 3. Wer Prompts baut, baut Systeme – mit Regeln, Triggern und Interaktionslogik. 4. KI wird produktiv, wenn Struktur auf Intelligenz trifft. Ob Beratung, Entwicklung oder Wissensarbeit – der System Prompt zeigt: Je klarer die Regeln im Hintergrund, desto stärker die Wirkung im Vordergrund.
