Rules:
1. No HTML tags of any sort. "View source" must equal that which is displayed in the browser.
2. You can use an index.html page to redirect to an actual text page, if necessary.

But this is not a regular site...
What you are looking at is a .txt file.
The beautiful thing about these sort of text files is that you can not style them. The only styling you can do is the same you could do with a typewriter. But of course all the usual .html browser things do not work. So no links.
On the face of things, we seem to be merely talking about text-based files, containing only the letters of the English Alphabet (and the occasional punctuation mark).
