Some good points. I agree that Seven's arc is very important; I don't think I picked up on (at the time) the subversion of male dominance. My complaint about Voyager is primarily about the undeveloped characters (poor Harry Kim) and the fact that you always knew where the show would end, and that any given episode about getting home would be a fakeout.
