Great data collection effort, depressing data. This stuff matters because of the position movies occupy in our culture - they present the idea of what women can be or how they should act, and perpetuate patriarchal ideas.

I try hard not to contribute to the problem, but I'm sure I do things like judge male and female candidates differently.
