Due August 29th, 2025 Faculty at West Shore Community College can use this form to request the flexibility to move their course(s) online at their own discretion due to poor weather or unforeseen life events. This flexibility is intended to minimize disruption to student learning and ensure course continuity. Please complete the form below for each course you wish to make eligible. Acceptance of this form by the dean only grants flexible course delivery authorization for the 2025-26 academic year. The dean may also decide to allow flexible course delivery for only select courses or sections from the request and may revoke part or all of the request (with notice to the faculty member) at any time. For review and approval, this form should be submitted no later than August 29th.
