In this video I share my before and after pictures, the weight loss data and my experience using Energized Health Cellular Hydration Weight Loss Program. In this video we install the 100 Watt CIGS Solar Panel on the roof of a 2016 Toyota Highlander SUV car roof using the pre-attached mounting tape and Eterna bond tape to tie it down in various places. And then we stretched the power cable to the inside of the cabin. Originally started as a review of the solar panel, it has turned into more of a How to Install a solar panel on a car roof tutorial as the power output of the solar panel is beyond the scope of the video as the sun was too low in the sky by then to see the output. In this video I review the smallest battery in size with BIG power capacity with ability to run 200 Amps for 2 minutes, and up to 300 amps for 5 seconds, at a 1280 watt hour capacity. In this review I show the battery off and the comparison to the LiTime mini battery of same capacity and you can see it is much smaller and packs a punch that one doesn't have AT A LOWER PRICE. I put it through a capacity test and find it is actually 104 amp hours instead of 100, so it is actually more than rated capacity. Overall it is a great buy!

Solar charge controllers are also known as solar charge regulators. A solar regulator regulates the charging current of the solar panel to provide the most efficient charge to the battery and prevent overcharging.

In this video I explore the possiblity of using the m.2 nvme slot on my mini pc to see if it can support a fiber optic SFP+ 10 gigabit network card. What I found is that I needed was a SATA to 5521 adapter and a 12v power supply as this was meant to be used inside a case with already a SATA power cable. You can use any 12v power brick you have laying around and a female to female 5521 coupler and get it to run with a power brick. I was able to achieve speeds of up to 900 megabytes a second so the test was a success in making this a 10 gigabit mini PC. I am happy with successful network test!

I found that the See Clearly Method program is the easiest to follow along with and to be consistent and persistent with the eye exercises, kind of like an exercise tape for your eyes! I highly recommend it.

The Bates method books may ultimately be telling you the same thing. In the Bates book below, he mentioned how when he put an eye chart for children to read for 5 minutes a day, none of the children needed glasses or maybe small percentage after a long time. It makes me excited that people can improve their eyesight without glasses uses various different variations of the Bates method. The important thing to do is to go through the exercises consistently and if anything for a long time, however how a life improvement without glasses an upgrade is what we should be thinking about. In this video I show a mod that I did to keep the cable attached in the back, which makes it easier to recharge, which involves drilling 2 small holes to pass through a zip tie. In this video I run anderson connector wiring 6 cables of 10 awg direct from car battery which is Lifepo4 Dakota Lithium to inside of cabin to charge Solar generator, laptops and more from the comfort of the cabin. In previous video I upgraded my battery to Dakota lithium, see video here https://youtu.be/Mms05lZEYkA and used the wiring methods of the the anderson connector type, see my video here about it: https://youtu.be/zZkIR48C4uE. In the end of the video I was able to charge my 1000wh Oupes solar generator via a 12v to 24v up converter at 180 watts. Basically proof of concept. Now I can leave things to charge off my car battery even when my car is off. However when the car is on, I can harness the power of the alternator to do even more. Overall this was a positive experience to get this wired in my car to be able to sue the power it produces with it's 150 amp alternator.
