@rechterjos 't gaat hier om iemand die doelbewust naar een gebied reist om terrorist te worden. Als er geen wettelijke mogelijkheid is, dan denk ik dat er, wegens belang veiligheid en terreurbestrijding, maar 'n wetswijziging moet komen. Er wordt teveel gecaterd voor terroristen en moslims.

@rechterjos Hier gaat wat goed mis. 1/ want een staatsburgerschap had hij ondanks het ingetrokken NL deel. 2/ Voor deelname aan een buitenlandse legermacht is het wettelijk toegestaan om het staatsburgerschap in te trekken ondank dat er dan op het oog er geen staat meer voor de persoon is.
