@MaileOnX @Not_the_Bee It's a FEMA program, it doesn't matter where they pulled the funds from to send to FEMA. If they had extra money to send to FEMA for resettling migrants (a function FEMA has no business doing in the first place), then that money could have been used to help citizens.
