@DirkTegenbos @locuta Naast arrestatie vanwege een verdenking van een strafbaar feit is er bv. vreemdelingenbewaring en gijzeling (om iemand te dwingen, bv om een bron prijs te geven), dan is er al helemaal geen sprake van verdenking of schuld, maar ook dan heeft de rechter het laatste woord.
