Europe has more frigates, more submarines (with 8 SSBNs and 10 SSNs). We have fewer aircraft carriers, but we don’t need them. Aircraft carriers are offensive weapons, and Europe has no intention of attacking anyone, only ensuring its own defense Source IISS.

Peace in Europe is impossible while US bases remain here, threatening others. These bases don’t defend Europe, they endanger it. Europe can defend itself. We are not aggressive, but if threatened, we can be. And we have the means to do so. US must go as part of a peace deal.

@086Very We dont need carriers. We dont need to cross the Atlantic or the Pacific to attack anyone. Our enemy is here. Anyway we have in off fleet to deal with tour enemies. But carriers need bases. US must find new bases out of EU asap.
