What's the difference between having 500 or 5,000 nukes? In practice, none. Using 500 means total destruction. Russia would fall with fewer. IISS says no one knows how many russian warheads actually work. China feels safe with 300 and has no SSBN submarines. EU has 500.

@Doktor_Klein I really wish Europe would step up and take over the defense of their own continent. But if they do, they will be at each others throats within 30 years. There has always been war in Europe, with that many countries in such close proximity, its almost inevitable.
