@brisavoine @heimbergecon Jeezuz, no. The Eurozone and the EU are essentially two things. You CAN (and several countries have) opted out. It's actually reversed to what you said. Just because you are in the EU doesn't mean you qualify for the Eurozone (yet)

If Norway insists, they might ask for an opt-out - such as Denmark - and there is always this possibility because each new membership includes a modification of the EUTreaty and then the possibility to introduce an exemption.
