@realJSeymour @visegrad24 I don’t think Britain will become a Muslim state. They’re still not the majority - and you’re assuming that the children of these Muslims are going to be religious and follow Islam - whereas that doesn’t happen in a lot of cases.

@DeNater Ik denk niet dat overgave aan God je moslim maakt. En ik denk dat de islamitische weergave van Jezus hem tekort doet in zijn verhouding tot de Allerhoogste. Nog los van het nogal grove anachronisme.

@L_Pasterkamp Ik geloof niet dat Jezus, althans de Jezus die ik heb leren kennen iets had met Mohammed , die ook wel de profeet wordt genoemd. Het woord moslim was hem in ieder geval niet bekend. Hooguit Allah als daar tenminste de God van Israël mee wordt bedoeld.

Een van mijn allereerste pastorale bezoeken als net bevestigd predikant betrof een gemengd echtpaar. Zij ooit gereformeerd gedoopt, hij moslim. Maar hij wilde zijn kind laten dopen, want omdat hij het kerst mooier vond dan het suikerfeest voelde hij zich meer christen dan moslim.

Laat kinderen niet demonstreren, niet tegen abortus, en niet tegen ING voor ExtinctionRebellion. Ze spreken veelal hun opvoeders na en ze kunnen hun stellingname nog niet als een volwassene overzien
