So a few weeks ago the US copyright office issued a policy for the use of Generative AI artwork with respect to copyright. It's called "Copyright Registration Guidance: Works Containing Material Generated by Artificial Intelligence". I highly recommend reading the full text, but wanted to give you the TLDR here in this video.
