Ten years after first joining the Survey Corp Eren returns to Shinganshina. The world has changed. Humanity has defeated the Titans and begun colonizing the outside world. Eren and his friends have gone their separate ways, but at a reunion dinner they find their fates entwined once again...

Levi wonders if it is ironic or just pure coincidence that Eren’s weakest spot is the back of his neck. He licks one, two stripes across that exposed nape, then another up, then down, reveling in how this always turns Eren into a keening mess in his arms.

Eren lives by the ocean in a peaceful, untroubled world with his classmates. He studies, dreams of going out to sea on the boats to see what lies beyond the horizon, spends his afternoons by the water's edge with his friends, and sneaks out at night more often than he should. His greatest ambition is to join the crew of the Wings of Freedom, but after making a disastrous first impression on Captain Levi, joining his company will be easier said than done. Despite the insults and the bruising, Eren is determined and he vows to do whatever it takes to impress the captain before the ship is out of...

Eren has a home, but he does not go there, because he sleeps in Levi’s bed like a stray that has learned the word ‘home’ for the first time.

"Alright." The word spins around in Eren’s head, back and forth, over and over, and though it is only two syllables, he can’t seem to make any sense of it. Corporal Levi’s face remains as calm as it’s been since the moment he’d been approached, and Eren is tempted to ask him to repeat himself.

As if to mock him, it appears exactly a week after Levi's celebrated his 40th birthday. A single gray hair.

Levi is a rare thing; a man of honour in a city eternally selling its soul. They gave him a gun and a badge, and he walks the cruel and indifferent streets of Southport doing what he can for the forgotten ideal of justice. Someone else in Southport has an interest in justice as well, and he leaves a bloody trail of corpses in his wake as he tears through the city's underworld. Levi's duty is to hunt him down, whether he is an avenging angel, a monster, or something slightly more complicated than either.

People had always said that Eren wasn’t right in the head. As a kid, it didn’t bother him. But hearing those words now stung in a way he could never have imagined. A canon-verse, sort of slice-of-life future fic in which Levi gets a well-deserved break, Eren deals with some haters, and they both prove that while communication is sometimes difficult, understanding can occur with just a little patience, effort, and care.

Eren Jaeger had spent the last two weeks tending and nursing a huge fucking crush, and Levi had been the one stupid enough to plant the seed in whatever hormonal abscess passed for a teenaged heart.

By the time Eren is seventeen, he's a mess. He gets into fights, therapy just pisses him off, and he's sick and tired of endless dreams about dying friends. He's a got a family, but he remembers a different family, and a mother who died and he remembers failing, over and over again, to save people. And then one of those people turns up in Eren's hometown, and nothing can ever be the same again.

The war against the Titans is over. Levi, retired from the Survey Corps, now works at the orphanage Historia established. Squad Leader Eren Yeager is a frequent visitor between expeditions. When Levi learns that many people assume he and Eren have been a couple for years, he is taken aback– is he really that obvious? Meanwhile, Eren has something on his mind too, but he won’t say what.

Levi and Eren were brothers. They were in love. That was all there was to it.

After their return from Shinganshina the survivors are doing their best to pick up the pieces. When someone intrudes on their fragile peace, will it be an opportunity--or disaster?

After the war has ended, Eren's life is finally good. He's seen the ocean, is back at HQ where he trains the new Scouts, and he has dinner with Levi every single night. So yes. Things are just as well.

He had never believed in heaven, and the premise of hell had always seemed like something that had been invented to scare kids into behaving. No karma. No fate. (Not believing in anything doesn't make nothingness the truth.)

In one life, Eren Yaeger died at twenty-two years, three months, and twelve days of age. After the war has ended, Levi finds himself thrown into coerced retirement. With nothing but time on his hands, he buys an old house, and throws himself into renovation work to fulfill himself an old, almost forgotten dream: opening a tea shop. If only he could forget about expressive, green eyes and a smile like sunshine. Luckily, he's still got Hanji.
