St Walburga's Catholic Primary School Choir, has been a vibrant and well-known part of our school community since 2005. They have participated in prestigious events such as Young Voices, Concerts with the Bradford Concert Band and the Bradford Lights Switch on. Also entered various competitions, have won the Robertshaw Festival for an impressive ten consecutive years.

Deputy headteacher Mary Lynch has retired from her post at a Shipley school after 33 years of service.

Headteacher at St Anthony’s Catholic Primary School, in High Busy Lane, Windhill , said his deputy had been a “pillar of the community”.
