Lawn care is dumb and unnecessary.
Lawn care is dumb and unnecessary.
Oh good. The mowing crews are here for the houses on either side of mine, so I get to spend my day listening to leaf blowers and riding mowers in stereo. I guess maybe it is better that they are both happening at the same time so that it’s over and done with quickly, if somewhat worse while it’s happening than if they were each done at different times. And either way, it is an improvement over the guy who used to live in one of the houses.

2023 in Elon Musk and Antisemitism
2023 in Elon Musk and Antisemitism

Which conspiracy theory? Which backlash? Well, it depends on how far back you want to look — but you need not rewind the clock very […]

Living the Remote Life
Living the Remote Life
Life is confusing! Isn’t it? We envy what we don’t have, and what we have becomes worth pebbles. I started working remotely in 2017, way before when working from home was a thing. Friends and family were almost sure that I was unemployed and probably ran some scam racket and peddled drugs. They had no other answer on how I was staying at home, chilling and still getting a decent amount of money flowing into my bank account.
