I-No Untechable Wallstick Reset Video
this video showcases an untechable knockdown i-no can get from wallstick/wallsplat when you
wallstick with any move that does not make the opponent airborne (eg 6HS(2), 2D, 5D, HCL or dives)
in the first clip, i wrote "normal" instead of "move" which was the wrong meaning (F)
it will likely take some experimenting to understand when the wall will splat. this video showcases a few ways to practice it. when the wall hits it's max break point without sticking and you are performing the set up, it will generally take 3 hits then break again. this allows you to keep the opponent locked down in the corner without returning to neutral
keep in mind the whiff j.hs are just to help timing, you will get the feel for the knockdown and be able to freestyle eventually.
the general moves you should practice breaking with to start are j.k/j.s 2k 6p sstroke. these are the most predictable in terms of push back. if you think j.s 2k 6p sstroke combo will wallsplat but it doesn't, you can rehover j.s and get a grounded wallsplat potentially even with that one hit
i think of this tech as having potential for match ups like chipp, millia, axl, zato, ram, may, etc where you might want to just finish them with 1/2 more mix instead of going to neutral.
something interesting i found making this video was that on a 3 hit break:
j.s c.s sstroke or j.s c.s 2hs does roughly 3-4 more damage than the typical ender you see, eg j.s 6hs or j.s 2k 2d
and 2k 6p sstroke does roughly 4 more damage than 2k 6hs
after i finished this video i found a 3 hit with axl and a couple good 3 hits for chipp and millia. i'll post those on twitter later on
