Axl Low has to be one of my favorite, if not favorite characters out of the whole roster!! The use of his chains to keep distance with his opponent is just absolutely insane!! Although his damage output may not be that high, his perks go way beyond that of the combos, but the combos will ALWAYS help you to properly punish your opponent and get your deserved damage from it!! To be clear, unlike in GBVS, you can chip kill even if a true blockstring started when the opponent had more than 1hp.
