List of Pot Changes I've found and seen compared to OBT1
Buffs:
- Damage increases to normal throw, HPB, and Garuda Impact
- 6K keeps the opponent standing on hit (combos into Hammer Fall on hit and Garuda Impact on CH)
- 6P is bigger and more disjointed
Mixed:
- 6K has slower startup, but can now frame trap jump out and slower buttons with no delay off of c.S
Nerfs:
- Damage nerfs to Mega Fist, FDB, and Hammer Fall
- FDB startup increased from 19f to 22f (no longer frame traps fast normals off of 6K)
- Mega Fist Forward is now punishable on block and -3 on hit
- Mega Fist loops are available in fewer situations due to either pushback changes on Mega Fist or decreased range on 2S
- Hammer Fall is now -9 on block and has less pushback
- Hammer Fall armor now starts on frame 9 (previously frame 5)
- 6P has more recovery so it doesn't combo without RC, even on an airborne CH
- 5P/2P can't rapid cancel on whiff and have smaller hitboxes
- 2P is slower and less advantageous on hit or block
- HPB has a smaller hitbox
- Garuda Impact wallbounce doesn't lead to combo extensions anymore except OTGs
- Potemkin Buster throws the opponent further away
Unsure:
- Potemkin Buster has more base reach but less reach with Kara Buster (hard to test without the older version to compare and is more of a feeling than concrete info)
- Guaranteed PB after blocked Heat Knuckle possibly works in more situations (same as above)(edited)
