This is 100% completely not true. The button was -10 to -15 after 2nd hit getting blocked, depending on SS prior to patch 50 meter OS for Sol 5H oB You could replace j.P with air throw, and then you don't spend meter if they go for bandit bringer, but the air throw can't be done immediately and has to have a bit of a delay to it to catch bandit bringer pressing j.P as soon as you get in the air is more consistent for me, and I figure I'm already committing to RC by inputting the OS anyway
