Season 2 blitzschlag changes: Reduced base damage scaling. Now depletes less R.I.S.C. level. Reduced combo blowback scaling. Now causes less Wall Break value gain. On what seemed like a full page of nerfs for Leo, these 4 buffs to 1 move seems like a neon sign to give this move another look...
