Ky Kiske the First King Finally has a proper throne to sit on 👑. He already had all he need to win in Guilty Gear Strive but now he has the tools to domiate. Almost all hits your going for mid-match have significant return. Especially his aerials which were harder to confirm before. These 7 Combos should be all Royal Followers need to succeed. CS = Close Slash
FS = Far Slash
HS = Heavy Slash
D = Dust
J= Jumping
Jc=Jump Cancel
CH = Counter Hit
RRC = Red Roman Cancel
PRC = Purple Roman Cancel
*Inputting Up (8), Down (2), Left (4), or Right (6) Twice before the Roman Cancel will move your character during the RC. We call this Roman Cancel Drifting. It'll be written as: 66RRC (This would be a Red RC drift Forward)

Midscreen Close Slash Combo

- after the 214K dash a bit and 236HS for reset your turn safely with shock state applied
Near Corner Close Slash Combo
CS, 2HS, 214S, 66PRC, 5HS, 214K, 5K, 6HS, 214S
- Depending on spacing sometimes you have to use the dash macro to catch them 5HS. A quick tap should be all thats needed
Counter Hit JS Combo
CH JS, CS, 5HS, 214K, 5K,6HS, 214S, 623HS
Counter Hit 2D Combo
CH 2D, 214K, 5HS, 214K, 2K, 6HS, 214S

Corner Counter Hit 214S

- Delaying the 214S can catch delayed mashing and movement options
Near Corner Counter Hits 5HS Combo

- Stagger the 5HS after 2S is key for getting this counter hit

- 5K, 6HS naturally frametraps 5 Frame jabs which most of the cast has
Some Ky Combo Ender theory: Shock state has more value when applied now. so Aim to end all your combos applying shock state

The Guilty Gear Strive Patch 1.10 changes altered a lot of routes but kept a lot of things the same so think of this as a addition to 5 Must know Combos more than anything.
