Seems like you can land this on most of the cast. Tested if you could DP to stop the potbuster from happening, but apparently you can't. It seems like there is just long enough of a gap when they land where they cannot press anything. The timing is tight, but very easy to get down. The height where the heat knuckle hits when blocked matters, the lower they blocked it, the closer to the ground they are, and the shorter the timing to land the potbuster is until it isn't true anymore. I have yet to test how far the distance of this works. Different character jump heights does affect the timing like May's jump height, but at about the height that the video shows is the height I found the most success with.

Week 1 combos routes I found that do the most damage. If you don't want to use kara backwards megafist in routes you can usually substitute for 5k 6h or 2s, 2h,megafist. I find it easier to buffer the 6K input then manually time 214P rather then to input 2146K~P

Not overly hard to get the command throw at the wall, try to get a CH into 214HS and that'll set up the Throw. Enjoy!
