You can grab Axl's Soaring Chain Strike (the one that pulls you to him when you block in the air) if he tries to follow it up with his c.S. Axl's 5P is -11, 6P is -12, 6K is -13, and 6H has long startup. 5P>6P and 5P>6K are blockstrings, so you can OS a punish after blocking 5P.You could also just crouch 5P... and Axl players won't use 5P at close range anyway...
