In the blend options, Object Blend Blend options, set the blend type to specified distance, and make it so your strokes overlap. Now, you can use the pen tool to edit the blend spine to fit the curve of your design. Because we set the blend to specified distance you can reposition the ends of the blend and it will keep the same look, meaning you can copy the blend to any other area of your design and edit saving the need to create multiple blends.
