Has anyone else experienced a problem with iCloud Drive getting stuck downloading files from the cloud and then blocking further activity? An Obsidian vault I created on my Mac mini did not get propagated to iCloud and onward to my MacBookPro and vice versa. Over on the Obsidian forum it was suggested that signing out of iCloud on the Mac mini and back in might help.
