Other solos are played by Karolina Strassmayer on alto saxophone and Bruno Müller on guitar. Bobby Sparks will play the keyboard. The WDR BIG BAND is conducted by Michael Abene, who was the band's principal conductor for over 10 years. Produced as part of the CD production "Centerstage" at WDR Studio 4 (January 2022). ***CD release date September 23, 2022***. "Watching The River Flow" is the first video for the upcoming album by exceptional drummer and Grammy Award winner STEVE GADD (a. o. ERIC CLAPTON, PETER GABRIEL, PAUL MCCARTNEY, CHICK COREA), multi-award-winning jazz bassist EDDIE GOMEZ (HERBIE HANCOCK, CHICK COREA, STEPS AHEAD, BILL EVANS) and Grammy-winning saxophonist RONNIE CUBER in collaboration with the WDR BIG BAND led by MICHAEL ABENE.
