Rebuilds are triggered every 6 hours via a Netlify build hook and GitHub Actions.

Eliza (elizabot.js)
ELIZA is a natural language conversation program described by Joseph Weizenbaum in January 1966 It features the dialog between a human user and a computer program representing a mock Rogerian psychotherapist. The original program was implemented on the IBM 7094 of the Project MAC time-sharing system at MIT and was written in MAD-SLIP. "elizabot.js" is an object oriented JavaScript library for [multiple] instances of the Eliza program. As ElizaBot is a totally self-contained object and instances use their own internal memory it's possible to have multiple instances of the ElizaBot object talking to each other. ElizaBot is also a general chatbot engine that can be supplied with any rule set.

Connected Papers | Find and explore academic papers
Connected Papers is a unique, visual tool to help researchers and applied scientists find and explore papers relevant to their field of work. How does it work? To create each graph, we analyze an order of ~50,000 papers and select the few dozen with the strongest connections to the origin paper. In the graph, papers are arranged according to their similarity. That means that even papers that do not directly cite each other can be strongly connected and very closely positioned. Connected Papers is not a citation tree. Our similarity metric is based on the concepts of Co-citation and Bibliographic Coupling. According to this measure, two papers that have highly overlapping citations and references are presumed to have a higher chance of treating a related subject matter. Our algorithm then builds a Force Directed Graph to distribute the papers in a way that visually clusters similar papers together and pushes less similar papers away from each other. Upon node selection we highlight the shortest path from each node to the origin paper in similarity space. Our database is connected to the Semantic Scholar Paper Corpus (licensed under ODC-BY). Their team has done an amazing job of compiling hundreds of millions of published papers across many scientific fields. h/t to Bryan Alexander for "connecting" me to this!

there are thousands collector´s home pages and many forums, but many of these have a big disadvantage: searching for and getting detailed information becomes more and more complicated and frustrating and cannot be performed easily and in reasonable time. What is the aim of this site? A reference work as a book - even in looseleaf sheets - can never be up to date. We learn about new facts nearly every day which cannot be added to a book. Someone who begins collecting radios will search the Internet for information these days - and will find too many places, often not with the information wanted ... Each bringing only a tiny fraction of information about this big field of antique radios etc. This site is a common virtual museum and a «most complete reference work for radios», not only a picture gallery or schematic source. But we are still far from complete or correct with all data. Further expansion depends on other collectors who are willing to upload additional models and to correct wrong information. This portal enables collectors to look for specific collector's prices, detailed information and advertisements regarding a specific model. Of interest for collectors is the ability to present their own collection or tube collection. About 2700 active members have already done this by uploading pictures (of their models). The forum (and "Papers") also have been well received and we see that guests and members access these articles between 6000 and 12.000 times a day. In "Papers" we expect exceptionally good articles either from club periodicals or other sources as well as yet unpublished ones.
