JPMorgan Chase and Co will pay civil penalties of about $350 million to regulators for reporting incomplete trading data to surveillance platforms.

1. JP Morgan's accountability was in question when the government responded to inquiries about its trading processes where certain treating in order data through its corporate and investment banking unit was not fed into the trade surveillance platforms.

Elon Musk plans to ask District Court to review the judges order siding with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission of $44 billion takeover of Twitter investigation.

1. Elon recognizes cognitive dissonance as he holds beliefs and efforts to reduce tension and issues in the court and to be able to move forward with his Twitter takeover.
