Charlton are pleased to confirm the club’s new fan engagement team, as part of our ongoing mission to become 'the most cohesive and sustainable community-driven club in the UK competing at an elite level.' James Bell, who joined the club in 2021, has been promoted to Marketing, Fan Engagement and Matchday Production Manager and will lead the team. He will be supported by the club’s new Supporter Liaison Officer (SLO), Isabelle Rogerson. The changes come as part of the new Fan Engagement Framework that was introduced at the end of September.

The Addicks restricted Championship side, Preston North End, to just two shots but despite creating plenty of chances were knocked out of the Emirates FA Cup at Deepdale. Nathan Jones’ side were dominant in the opening 45 minutes and got a deserved equaliser through Luke Berry, following Milutin Osmajic’s sloppy opener.
