On-loan academy graduate Daniel Kanu continued his fine goalscoring form on Saturday, netting his fifth goal in as many matches for Sky Bet League Two leaders Walsall. Kanu’s thunderous effort crashed in off the crossbar inside three minutes to give the Saddlers an early lead in their 1-1 draw at home to Shrewsbury Town.
