Assist the Head Chef in the preparation and delivery of high-quality, performance-led mealsLead kitchen operations on a day to day basis Ensure all food is prepared in line with dietary requirements and nutritional guidelinesMaintain high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and health & safety complianceSupport inventory management, ordering, and stock rotationSupervise and support junior kitchen staff as required
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a Sous Chef role or equivalent within a professional kitchen environmentStrong understanding of nutrition and dietary needs, particularly within a sports or health-focused settingExcellent organisational and time management skillsStrong interpersonal and team leadership abilitiesFood hygiene certification and relevant culinary qualifications
